Milkmaid  Recipe

Take 2 cup Milk in a nonstick pan heat it until it gets a boil.

Add ½ cup Sugar and mix it. Keep stirring and boiling until the quantity becomes half.

Lower the flame and add 1 pinch Baking Soda. Mix and stir for a minute.

Turn off the flame and remove the pan from stove. Let it cool down to room temperature.

Add 1 tbsp Liquid Glucose which is optional. Mix it.

Add 1 tbsp Liquid Glucose which is optional. Mix it.

Now pass it through sieve for smooth texture.

Milkmaid is ready.
