Instructions
Take a bowl. Add Cucumber, Carrot, Tomato, Onion, Corriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Yoghurt. Mix them thoroughly.
Take a small pan and heat oil. Add Mustard seeds, Cumin Seeds and curry leaves.
Add the fry to the salad mixtures as shown in the video and mix them.
Raita is ready to serve with Chapati or Rice.
