Take 2 nos Raw Mango and cook in a pressure cooker. One whistle on high flame and 3 whistles on low flame. Let it cool down.
Now separate the pulp using spoon. Take half of the pulp in a mixer grinder jar and add 15 nos Mint Leaves, ½ tsp Cumin powder, ½ tsp Black Salt, ¼ cup Jaggery Powder, 5 nos Ice Cubes and 1 glass water. Grind it for a minute. Now add Jaggery powder and water as per the requirement depending on the sourness of Raw Mango.
Pour in a glass with couple of ice cubes. Pudina Aam Panna is ready.
Take remaining pulp in a bowl or vessel and add 2 glass water and ¼ cup Jaggery Powder. Mix with the help of Wooden Beater. Aam Panna is ready, serve in a glass with couple of ice cubes.
