Now in a mixer jar add ½ cup Dry Coconut and 1 tsp Cardamom Powder. Mixer grind it. Transfer to the bowl.
Now Mixer grind ½ cup Sugar and transfer to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients in bowl using hands.
Now add ½ cup Ghee and mix it thoroughly.
Now add 1 Pinch Salt and mix it thoroughly with both the hands.
Now by adding small quantities of milk from ½ cup Milk, make dough having hard consistency.
Now taking small quantity of dough give it a circle shape of biscuit or cookies. or any shape you like. Make a design on biscuits using fork or anything. Repeat for all.
Baking in Kadhai on Stove
Now take a butter paper, place it on a plate and place the biscuits shaped dough on it.
Now take a kadhai, add salt layer and place a stand on it. Place the plate on it, cover with lid and bake for 30mins on low flame.
Turn off the flame and let the biscuits cool down. Atta Biscuits in baked in kadhai is ready.
Baking in OTG
Place butter paper on the OTG tray and place the biscuits on it.
Place the tray in the preheated OTG and bake at 200℃ for 20-25 minutes keeping both top and bottom rod to ON.
Remove the tray and let it cool down. Atta Biscuits baked in OTG are ready.
