Instructions
Preparing Kadhi
Take an empty bowl. Add yoghurt and water and churn using churner to make buttermilk or chanch
Take an empty small bowl. Add gram flour, then while stirring keep adding a small amount of water to make a smooth paste.
Add the paste into chanch and mix thoroughly.
Add Turmeric, Salt, Garlic Ginger Paste and mix.
Take an empty pan. Add Oil and keep on low flame for heating.
After oil gets heated. Add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Green Chilli and mix them for a minute under medium flame.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. keep stirring.
Add Chanch mixture in this frying mixture. Turn the flame to high so that it gets to boil.
Add chopped Corriander leaves. Keep stirring at every minute and let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
Kadhi is now ready, remove from the flame and close with a lid.
Preparing Pakoda
Take a bowl. Add gram flour, Carom seeds, Cumin seeds, Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli and Baking Soda. Mix them with a spoon.
While stirring keep adding small quantity of water to the mixture to prepare a thick paste.
Take a frying pan and add heat oil for frying in it.
When the oil reaches boiling temperature pour small quantities of paste as shown in the video for making pakoda.
Fry them till it gets light Pinkish brown colour.
Kadhi Pakoda Ready
Remove the Pakoda's from Oil and add them directly to Kadhi.
Pakoda's becomes soft in kadhi and also gives a very good taste. Chanch Kadhi Pakoda is ready to serve,

Notes
Chanch pakoda kadhi goes very good with white rice. Few people love eating with roti as well. Consuming Kadhi during cold is very much beneficial.
