Chocolate Milk Shake

Ingredients
- ½ litre Full Cream Milk
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 150 grams Milk Compound Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Take a vessel and heat ½ litre Full Cream Milk on medium flame until it gets a boil.
- Now take a bowl and add ½ cup Milk, 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder and 1 tbsp Corn Flour. Mix them thoroughly.
- Now add ¼ cup Sugar in the boiling milk and mix it.
- Now lower the flame and add the milk in the bowl and mix it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and remove the vessel from stove.
- Now add pieces of 150 grams Milk Compound Chocolate and 1 pinch Salt. Mix it thoroughly.
- Let it cool down completely. Store in fridge for 5-6 hrs. Chocolate Milk Shake is ready.
