Instructions
Take 1 kg Dry Dates in a vessel and wash them thoroughly with water for 2 times.
Now transfer dry dates on a dry cotton cloth and remove the water on its surface.
Transfer to a plate and dry then under the sun for a day.
Now using Khalbatta or stone or any other means, remove the seeds and front small part inside the dry dates.
Break it into 2-3 pieces using fingers or stone.
Again, dry them under the sun for a day.
Now in smaller quantities grind it to a coarse powder form.
Sieve it for separating fine powder.
Transfer the coarse powder on a plate and dry them in sun for a day and grind it again. Repeat the process. Dry Dates Powder is ready.
