Both lassi and buttermilk are classic Indian beverages renowned for their refreshing taste and health benefits. Lassi is made by blending yogurt, water, sugar, and sometimes fruit or spices until smooth, resulting in a creamy and indulgent drink perfect for hot days. Buttermilk, on the other hand, is created by diluting yogurt with water, seasoning it with salt and spices, and serving it chilled, offering a tangy and hydrating alternative that pairs well with spicy dishes.
In a mixer jar add ½ cup Sugar and 15 nos Cardamom, grind it to a fine powder.
Take hand wooden blender and blend 3 cup Curd for 5 minutes in bowl. Then add grinded sugar and cardamom powder. Add couple of ice cubes and blend for 10 minutes. Lassi or Sweet buttermilk is ready.
Now take a bowl and add 2 cup Curd, 1 tbsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Black Salt, 1 tsp Sugar, then take 2 inch Ginger and grate it using grater and remove the juice using water sieve and add to it. Then add ⅓ cup Coriander Leaves and ⅓ cup Mint Leaves.
Add few ice cubes and 2½ glass of water, then blend it for 10 minutes. Masala Chaas is ready.

Both Lassi and Masala Chaas should be served cool. They can be stored in fridge for 2-3 days.
