Ingredients
- 2 cup Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Liquid Glucose Optional
Instructions
- Take 2 cup Milk in a nonstick pan heat it until it gets a boil.
- Add ½ cup Sugar and mix it. Keep stirring and boiling until the quantity becomes half.
- Lower the flame and add 1 pinch Baking Soda. Mix and stir for a minute.
- Turn off the flame and remove the pan from stove. Let it cool down to room temperature.
- Add 1 tbsp Liquid Glucose which is optional. Mix it.
- Now pass it through sieve for smooth texture. Milkmaid is ready.
