Take a bowl and add 1 cup Mix Dal. Wash it and then soak in water for 4-5 hours. Then drain water.
In a mixer grinder jar, take 2 tsp Corriander Seeds, 1 tsp Fennel Seeds, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 6 nos Green Chilli, and 2 tbsp Ginger. Grind it. Transfer to a bowl.
Now add soaked Mix dal, 1 tsp Salt and ½ tsp Turmeric Powder. Grind it to coarse consistency.
Transfer to the bowl. Add 1 no Chopped Onions, ½ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves, and ½ cup Chopped Mint Leaves. Mix then thoroughly with hands.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Now turn the flame to medium.
take small quantity of mixture and give it a shape of thin circle. Fry on medium flame on both the sides until brown in color. Pancharatna vada or Mix Dal Vada is ready.
