Many times my kids ask for a tasty salad, so I made this healthy and tasty Salaad with Green Chutney. It is easy to make delicious to eat. follow every step while making the recipe and I bet you that every one will say, thoda aur chahiye.
Chop Salad 2 no. Cucumber, 4 nos. Tomato, 1 no. Onion into small pieces and grate 3 no. Carrot.
Crush 1 tsp Black Pepper into fine powder
Chop 9 pcs Dates into small pieces.
Take a Bowl and add 1½ cup Sprouted Moong Dal - 1 1/2cup and all the chopped salad, grated carrot, chopped dates, black pepper and 12 nos. Raisins, 1 cup Coriander Leaves, 4 tsp Lemon Juice and 1½ tsp Black Salt and mix them well. Thus Sprouts Chaat is ready.
Green Chutney
Take mixer jar and add 1 bunch Mint Leaves, 1 bunch Coriander leaves, 1 no. Green Chilli, 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, 1 inch Ginger, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Salt / As per taste, 2 tsp Lemon Juice, 5 pcs Ice Cubes and Water and mixer grind it to fine paste. Green Chutney is ready.
