Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- ½ litre Full Cream Milk
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 200 gms Fresh Cream
- 400 gms Milkmaid
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Take a pan and mix ½ litre Full Cream Milk and 2 tbsp Corn Flour thoroughly.
- Keep the pan on low flame and keep stirring it. Increase flame to medium and let it get a boil. Let it boil for couple of seconds.
- Turn off the flame and remove the pan from stove. Let it cool down to room temperature.
- In a bowl take 200 gms Fresh Cream and beat it with beater for 8-10 minutes till it becomes creamy.
- Add 400 gms Milkmaid and mix it. Use beater for couple of minutes.
- Using sieve transfer the milk mixture to the bowl so that its smooth and creamy. Mix it.
- Add 1 tsp Vanilla Essence and mix it. Beat it with beater for 2 mins.
- Transfer to a ice cream container. Freeze it for 12 hrs. Vanilla Ice Cream is ready.

Sprinkle with nuts or have some chocolate sauce or garnish with anything you like. Vanilla Ice Cream is superb to go with many toppings.
