In a bowl take 2 cup Wheat Flour and add ½ tsp Salt and ¼ cup Curd. Mix it thoroughly.
Add small amount of water to the mixture to form dough. Add more as per requirement. Apply couple of drops of oil and Close with lid and let it rest for 20 minutes.
In another bowl take 400 gms Boiled Potato200 gms Paneer, 2 tbsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Carom Seeds, ½ tsp Garam masala, 2 nos Chopped Green Chilli and ½ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves. Mash and mix them with Hand or Masher.
Now rub the wheat flour dough and take small amount of dough and give it a shape of small bowl.
Take equal amount of potato paneer mixture and place in it.
Gently cover it with the same dough and slowly make a thick circle shape using hands.
Using rolling board and pin give it a shape of Paratha, use little amount of flour when needed.
Heat the pan and then start roasting for making Paratha. Roast on every corner and both sides on medium to high flame. Apply ghee while roasting.
Repeat for the remaining dough. Aloo Paneer Paratha is ready.
