Take 10 slices Bread and remove the corners with knife.
Now cut the slices from centre into 4 pieces.
Now heat required amount of ghee from 200 gms Ghee in Iron wok for frying.
Take sufficient numbers of bread pieces and fry on medium flame until the bread colour changes to brown on both the sides. Collect in a bowl. Fry the remaining pieces the same way.
Now fry ¼ cup Cashews in same wok and collect in a plate.
Then fry ¼ cup Almonds and collect in a plate.
Now heat 1 litre Milk in the wok until it gets a boil.
Now add ¾ cup Sugar and mix it for 2 minutes. Let it get boil again.
Now add the fried bread pieces to the boiling milk on medium flame. Mix it gently.
Now add 1 tsp Cardamom Powder and keep cooking. Keep mixing it, after 5 minutes bread pieces become soft and mixes in it. Mix it thoroughly.
Now add fried cashews and almonds. Mix them. Bread Halwa is ready.
