Take a vessel and unwrap 25 nos Cadbury Eclairs in it. Add ½ litre Full Cream Milk and remove ¼ cup milk in a small bowl.
Add 1 tbsp Corn Flour to the milk in small bowl and mix it.
Heat the vessel on low flame and stir with spatula. When milk gets heated and eclairs get mixed to it, add the cornflour milk to it while stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Now turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down. Now transfer it to mixer grinder jar. Add 1 cup Full Cream and mixer grind it for 2 minutes.
Transfer the Kulfi liquid to Kulfi containers and freeze it for 12 hrs. Cadbury Eclairs Kulfi is ready.
