  • 25 nos Cadbury Eclairs
  • ½ litre Full Cream Milk
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 cup Full Cream


  • Take a vessel and unwrap 25 nos Cadbury Eclairs in it. Add ½ litre Full Cream Milk and remove ¼ cup milk in a small bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp Corn Flour to the milk in small bowl and mix it.
  • Heat the vessel on low flame and stir with spatula. When milk gets heated and eclairs get mixed to it, add the cornflour milk to it while stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down. Now transfer it to mixer grinder jar. Add 1 cup Full Cream and mixer grind it for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the Kulfi liquid to Kulfi containers and freeze it for 12 hrs. Cadbury Eclairs Kulfi is ready.



It can be garnished with some cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
