Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl, add 150 gms Puffed Rice and wash it with water.
  • Remove puffed rice by squeezing its water and collect in a plate.
  • Now take a steel kadhai and heat 2 tbsp Oil.
  • Now fry ¼ cup Groundnuts on low flame for 1 minute or until crunchy. Then side it.
  • Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds, and 1 tsp Cumin Seeds and fry for a minute.
  • Now add 8 nos Curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
  • Now add 5 nos Green Chilli and 2 nos Chopped Onion. Roast on high flame until onions gets half cooked.
  • Now add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1½ tsp Salt. Mix it thoroughly.
  • Now add washed puffed rice and mix it on low flame gently.
  • Turn off the flame and sprinkle ½ bunch Chopped Coriander Leaves. Mix it gently. Sushila is ready.

Serve hot. Can sprinkle some sev for crunchiness. or add some Lemon juice for tangy taste.
