Ingredients
- 1 cup Ragi Flour
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Melted Ghee
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add 1 cup Ragi Flour, 1 tsp Carom Seeds, ½ tsp Salt and 2 tbsp Melted Ghee. Mix it thoroughly.
- Add small quantities of water and form dough. Close with lid and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Take a small quantity of dough and make shape of mathri. Repeat and make from all the dough.
- Now in a kadhai heat oil and then turn the flame to medium. Add couple of mathris and fry them from both sides. It take 2-3 minutes.
- Collect in a plate after they get fried. Let it cool down. Ragi Mathri is ready.
