Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Papaya
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 15 nos Chopped Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions
 

  • Take ½ kg Papaya, wash it and peel off the outer layer of it. Remove the seeds inside it.
  • Now grate it and collect in a plate.
  • Take a nonstick pan and heat 2 tbsp Ghee. Fry 15 nos Chopped Almonds until brown and then fry 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio remove in a small bowl.
  • Transfer grated Papaya to the non-stick pan. keep stirring it on low flame until ghee gets separated. Add 2 tsp Ghee and keep stirring for 10 minutes.
  • Now add 3 tbsp Sugar and 1 tsp Cardamom Powder. Mix it and keep stirring on low flame until ghee gets separated. It took 15 minutes.
  • Now add fried almonds and mix it for a minute.
  • Turn off the flame and remove it from the stove. Let it cool down and transfer to a container. Papaya Halwa is ready.

Adjust the sugar quantity depending on the Papaya Sweetness. Here mine was ripen and very sweet.
