Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ cup Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Chickpea Roasted
  • 5 number Green Chilli Cut into halves
  • 9 number Curry Leaves
  • ¼ cup Dry Coconut Sliced
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 200 grams Thin Poha
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a Pan, add oil and heat. add cumin seeds, peanuts and fry for 2-3 minutes.
    2 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, ¼ cup Peanuts
  • add roasted chickpea, Green Chilli, Curry leaves and dry coconut pieces. Stir and let it fry for 2-3 mins.
    ¼ cup Chickpea, 5 number Green Chilli, 9 number Curry Leaves, ¼ cup Dry Coconut
  • add Turmeric Powder, mix thoroughly. add thin Poha and salt. Mix thoroughly on low flame for 5-6 mins. Patla Poha Chivda is ready.
    1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 200 grams Thin Poha, 1 tsp Salt
