Patla Poha Chivda is a quick and easy recipe for Snacks.
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- ¼ cup Peanuts
- ¼ cup Chickpea Roasted
- 5 number Green Chilli Cut into halves
- 9 number Curry Leaves
- ¼ cup Dry Coconut Sliced
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 200 grams Thin Poha
- 1 tsp Salt
- Take a Pan, add oil and heat. add cumin seeds, peanuts and fry for 2-3 minutes.2 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, ¼ cup Peanuts
- add roasted chickpea, Green Chilli, Curry leaves and dry coconut pieces. Stir and let it fry for 2-3 mins.¼ cup Chickpea, 5 number Green Chilli, 9 number Curry Leaves, ¼ cup Dry Coconut
- add Turmeric Powder, mix thoroughly. add thin Poha and salt. Mix thoroughly on low flame for 5-6 mins. Patla Poha Chivda is ready.1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 200 grams Thin Poha, 1 tsp Salt
While frying note to fry Curry Leaves and Green Chilli to the extent that water content gets zero.
