Ingredients
- 1 no Raw Mango Its 500 grams and a sweet variety.
- 250 gms Sugar
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Take 1 no Raw Mango, wash it and remove the outer layer.
- Now grate using grater and remove the seed. The grated part to be collected in a bowl.
- Take a cooking pan and add the grated mango and 250 gms Sugar. Mix it on a low flame for 10 mins.
- Cook it until the consistency becomes thick. Now add ½ tsp Cardamom Powder, and 1 pinch salt, Mix it thoroughly. Check the consistency using two fingers.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Mango Murabba is ready.
