Join me in the kitchen as I walk through the simple steps of making these mouthwatering cauliflower stuffed parathas. No fancy chef skills required – just a few basic ingredients and a whole lot of love!
Take 2 cup Wheat Flour and 1 tsp salt in a bowl and make a soft dough adding small quantities of water. Add 1 tbsp Oil and mix it in dough. Cover it with lid and keep it for resting.
Take a bowl and cut 1 no Cauliflower into small pieces, soak it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes for deep cleaning and sieve the water.
Now using chopper chop cauliflower into smaller pieces in small quantities. add 4 no Green Chilli while chopping so that it gets mixed up easily.
Now grate 2 inch Ginger and mix it. Now add 1 tsp Carrom Seeds, 1 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Salt, 1 tsp Mango Powder, and ½ tsp Garam Masala and mix all of them thoroughly.
Now its time to make paratha, take small amount of dough make a shape of bowl and fill it with cauliflower stuffing with a spoon. Close it gently and make it flat round using rolling board and pin. keep it little thick.
Roast it from medium to high flame on both sides applying ghee or oil which ever you like to. Gobi Paratha is ready.
