Take a kadhai and heat 1 cup Ghee. Fry 200 gms Gond and collect in a plate. Then fry 200 gms Chopped Almonds for 2 minutes on low flame and then turn off the flame.
Now take 200 gms Dry Coconut and 200 gms Dry Dates and mixer grind it to fine powder. Smash fried gond using smasher.
Take a bowl and mix 5 cup Wheat Flour Fine powder of coconut and dates, and smashed gond. Transfer fried almonds with ghee to this mixture and mix it thoroughly.
Heat 500 gms Grated Jaggery and make it in liquid form. Transfer immediately to the mixture and mix them thoroughly.
Now add 2 tbsp Cardamom Powder and 2 cup Ghee. Mix them thoroughly. Give spherical shapes to the mixture using hands. Gond Laddu is ready.
