Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 200 gms Gond Edible Gum
  • 200 gms Chopped Almonds
  • 200 gms Dry Coconut Chopped into long pieces
  • 200 gms Dry Dates removed seeds
  • 5 cup Wheat Flour Roasted
  • 500 gms Grated Jaggery
  • 2 tbsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 cup Ghee as required

Instructions
 

  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 cup Ghee. Fry 200 gms Gond and collect in a plate. Then fry 200 gms Chopped Almonds for 2 minutes on low flame and then turn off the flame.
  • Now take 200 gms Dry Coconut and 200 gms Dry Dates and mixer grind it to fine powder. Smash fried gond using smasher.
  • Take a bowl and mix 5 cup Wheat Flour Fine powder of coconut and dates, and smashed gond. Transfer fried almonds with ghee to this mixture and mix it thoroughly.
  • Heat 500 gms Grated Jaggery and make it in liquid form. Transfer immediately to the mixture and mix them thoroughly.
  • Now add 2 tbsp Cardamom Powder and 2 cup Ghee. Mix them thoroughly. Give spherical shapes to the mixture using hands. Gond Laddu is ready.
