Take a bowl and add 1 tsp Chia Seeds and 1 tsp Basil Seeds and soak them in ½ glass water for 15 minutes.
Take another bowl and add 10 nos Cashews, 10 nos Almonds, 2 nos Walnuts, 10 nos Pistachio, 1 tsp Watermelon Seeds, 15 nos Raisins, 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds, 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds and 1 no Dry Figs wash them and soak them in water for 3 hrs. or overnight.
In a mixer grinder jar add all soaked dry fruits with water and 4-5 spoons of soaked Chia and Basil Seeds. Add 10 nos Seedless Dates or as per required taste and 2 nos Banana
Grind them finely. Add ½ lit Milk and couple of ice cubes and grind again. High Protein and Biotin Milkshake is Ready.
