Take 1 no Bottle gourd remove outer layer and grate it. I am using around 2 cups of grated bottle gourd here.
Now add 2 cup Wheat Flour, ½ cup Besan (gram flour), 1 tsp Carom Seeds, 2 tsp Cumin powder, 2 tsp Red Chilli, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1½ tsp salt, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 tsp Corriander powder, and 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
Mix them well to form dough, as bottle gourd contains water, not need to add extra water. After forming dough add 1 tsp Oil and mix well in the dough.
Now take a round shape cotton cloth, size of normal chapati. Make it wet with water and take small amount of dough and put on the wet cloth. Beat it gently and make flat round shape.
Now sprinkle some sesame seeds from ⅐ cup Sesame Seeds and make small 5-6 holes, one in center and other around it.
Heat tawa and sprinkle oil on it. With the help of cloth turn around and put the flat dough on tawa and gently remove the cloth. Now roast the flat dough from medium to high flame using oil and from center to every corner on both sides.
After it is roasted completely transfer to a plate. Lauki Thalipeeth is ready. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
