Lauki Thalipeeth, a beloved Maharashtrian delicacy, seamlessly melds the nutritional benefits of bottle gourd with the diverse textures of mixed flours. The grated bottle gourd, imbuing the dough with moisture and a delicate sweetness, harmonizes with a blend of whole wheat and chickpea flours. • Now sprinkle some sesame seeds from ⅐ cup Sesame Seeds and make small 5-6 holes, one in center and other around it.
  • Heat tawa and sprinkle oil on it. With the help of cloth turn around and put the flat dough on tawa and gently remove the cloth. Now roast the flat dough from medium to high flame using oil and from center to every corner on both sides.
  • After it is roasted completely transfer to a plate. Lauki Thalipeeth is ready. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
