1cupHung Curd
¾cupMilk
1cupMango Pulp
1cupMilkmaidHomemade
Instructions
Take a vessel and fill 15-20% of it with water close with a lid and let it boil.
Take a bowl, add 1 cup Hung Curd, ¾ cup Milk, 1 cup Mango Pulp and 1 cup Milkmaid. Mix them all together using a whisk until it becomes creamy.
Pour the creamy mixture to a Mould. Have little space and not fill completely as this will take up more space while cooking. Close with a lid and transfer the Mould to the boiling water vessel. Let it steam for 30 mins.
Remove the mould and let it cool down. Keep in fridge for couple of hours. Now free the corners of Bhapa Doi and transfer to a plate. Garnish with Pistachio. Mango Bhapa Doi is ready.
