Indulge in the creamy delight of easy homemade mango ice cream, a quintessential Indian treat infused with the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes. With a simple recipe that calls for minimal ingredients, this luscious dessert offers a refreshing escape from the sweltering heat of Indian summers.
Take 1 cup Full Cream in a bowl and whisk it using electric whisker till it becomes creamy.
Add ¾ cup Milk, 1 cup Milkmaid, and 1 cup Mango pulp. Mix them thoroughly using electric whisker, it took me around 2 minutes. Add 5 drops Food Color and mix again.
Transfer to an Ice Cream Container. Store in freezer for overnight or 12 hrs. Scoop it and Mango Ice Cream is Ready.
