Ingredients
- 1 cup Full Cream
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 cup Milkmaid Homemade
- 1 cup Mango pulp
- 5 drops Food Color Optional
Instructions
- Take 1 cup Full Cream in a bowl and whisk it using electric whisker till it becomes creamy.
- Add ¾ cup Milk, 1 cup Milkmaid, and 1 cup Mango pulp. Mix them thoroughly using electric whisker, it took me around 2 minutes. Add 5 drops Food Color and mix again.
- Transfer to an Ice Cream Container. Store in freezer for overnight or 12 hrs. Scoop it and Mango Ice Cream is Ready.
