  • 1 cup Full Cream
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Milkmaid Homemade
  • 1 cup Mango pulp
  • 5 drops Food Color Optional


  • Take 1 cup Full Cream in a bowl and whisk it using electric whisker till it becomes creamy.
  • Add ¾ cup Milk, 1 cup Milkmaid, and 1 cup Mango pulp. Mix them thoroughly using electric whisker, it took me around 2 minutes. Add 5 drops Food Color and mix again.
  • Transfer to an Ice Cream Container. Store in freezer for overnight or 12 hrs. Scoop it and Mango Ice Cream is Ready.



Scoop serving, garnishing with tutti fruity gives a good combination.
