Take ½ cup Basmati Rice and wash in a bowl thoroughly. Soak it in water for 20-25 minutes.
In a steel kadhai boil 1 ltr Full Cream Milk while stirring so that milk doesn't stick at bottom. Lower the flame and add the soaked rice, draining out its water.
Keep stirring gently and let the boil come. Lower the flame and cook for 15-20 mins.
Now add ½ cup Sugar, 1 tsp Cardamom Powder, 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio, and 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds. Mix them and cook for 2-3 mins. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. It took 15 mins under fan for cooling down.
Now add 1½ cup Mango Pulp and mix it. Mango Chawal Kheer is ready

Notes
It can be served fresh warm, my family likes to have it chilled, so if you also like to, keep it in fridge for 2 hrs and can serve it garnishing with few fresh mango pieces.
