Take a bowl, add ¼ cup Ghee and 10 nos Ice Cubes. Mix it with whisk until it becomes creamy. It took 5 minutes.
Now add 2 cup Maida/All purpose flour, 1 tsp Carom Seeds, ½ tsp Salt, and ½ tsp Baking Powder. Mix it thoroughly using hands.
Add small quantities of water to the mixture and make soft dough.
Take a handful of dough and give a shape of thick circle. Cut into long pieces using knife. Then with the help of a measuring spoon or with the help of a bottle cap cut into half-moon shapes.
Now take a wok and heat oil for frying. On low flame fry the moon shaped dough until it gets brown colour. It took 5 minutes for one batch. Repeat for remaining.
Collect in a container and let it cool down. Moon Biscuits are ready.
