Now transfer soaked moong dal in a Mixer Grinder Jar, then add 1 inch Ginger, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Turmeric and ¼ cup Water. Grind it and transfer to a bowl.
Add ¼ cup Curd and mix it.
Add ¼ tsp Baking Soda, ¼ cup Chopped Capsicum, ¼ cup Chopped Onion, ½ cup Chopped Carrot, ½ cup Chopped Corriander Leaves, 1 tsp Mango Powder, 12 nos Curry leaves and 1 tsp Corriander powder. Mix it.
Batter is ready to make Moonglets, take a Gas Toaster and apply butter, it is optional. Pour the batter to fill on just one side. Close it and heat on both the sides for 6-7 mins on low flame.
Open the Gas Toaster and transfer to a plate. Moonglet in shape of sandwich is ready. Same can be made adding cheese slice.
The same batter can be used for making appam like shape in a non-stick pan. Moonglets with different shapes are ready.
