Enjoy the crispy and flavorful delight of Murmura Aloo Tikki, a unique snack made from puffed rice (murmura) and mashed potatoes (aloo). Take 150 gms Puffed Rice in a bowl and wash it in water.
Take 4 nos Boiled Potato and grate it in the same bowl.
Now add 1½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes, ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Chat Masala, 1 tsp Salt, 2 inch Grated Ginger and ½ cup Coriander leaves.
Mix them and form a dough.
Now apply oil on hand and take small amount of dough and give it a shape of tikki. Press hard so that it forms a shape with no air inside. Repeat with all the dough.
Now take a nonstick pan and heat oil in it. Shallow fry the tikkis on medium flame on both the sides. It took 3 minutes each side.
Collect in a plate. Murmura Aloo Tikki is ready.
