Take a cup, add 1 cup Warm Milk, 4 tbsp Sugar and 20 gms Active Dry yeast and mix them thoroughly.

Take a bowl, add 500 gms Wheat flour, Dry yeast mixture of instruction no.1, ½ cup Milk Powder and 1 tsp Salt. Mix them thoroughly.
Add 1 l Water as required and make dough as shown. Add 2 tbsp Oil and mix the dough. Add 1 tbsp Oil and mix it thoroughly.
Take baking mold and grease it with oil. Take small dough and make spherical shape and place in baking mold as shown.
Wrap the mold with the help of paper foil and leave it for 45 minutes.

Cut all the pav into half and roast them on tawa with ghee on medium flame. Transfer to a plate and serve with bhaji, onions and lemon.
