Instructions
Take a bowl, add quinoa and wash it thoroughly.
1 cup Quinoa
Take a pan, add washed quinoa, water and salt. Mix with a spatula, close the lid and cook on a medium flame for 20-30 minutes.

Check if the quinoa is cooked, turn off the flame and close with the lid.
Take a pan, add oil and heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Roast for a few seconds.

1 tsp Cumin Seeds
add curry leaves, green chill and onion. Roast on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

1 piece Onion
add Sweet Corn, Carrot, Beans and roast for 2 minutes.
¼ cup Sweet Corn,
¼ cup Chopped Beans,
¼ cup Chopped Carrot
add Tomatoes and roast for 2 minutes. Add salt, mix it thoroughly.
½ cup Chopped Tomatoes,
1 tsp Salt
add cooked quinoa, mixed thoroughly on low flame and add Maggi masala. Mix it thoroughly.
½ sachet Maggi Masala
Close the lid and let it cook for 2 mins on low flame. Remove the lid, add coriander leaves and mix it. Turn off the flame and transfer into a bowl.
½ cup Chopped Corriander Leaves
Serve on a plate using a bowl and garnish with a few coriander leaves. Quinoa Pulao is ready.
