Enjoy the wholesome goodness of Ragi Laddu, a nutritious treat made from finger millet (ragi) flour, ghee, jaggery, and a mix of nuts and seeds. Take 1½ cup Finger Millet Flour in steel kadhai and roast it for 5-6 mins.
Transfer to a bowl. Now in Steel Kadhai heat ¼ cup Ghee and add ¼ cup Chopped Almonds and ¼ cup Chopped Cashews for frying. Fry until crunchy. Around 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to the flour bowl and mix it thoroughly. Then add 1 tsp Cardamom Powder and mix it.
Now in Steel kadhai add 1 cup Grated Jaggery and 3 tbsp Water. Heat on medium flame to turn it into liquid form.
Transfer this to the bowl and mix it.
Add ¼ cup Ghee and mix it thoroughly.
Take handful of mixture and give spherical shape of Laddus. Raagi laddu is ready.
