Ingredients

Cardamom Powder

Instructions
Take a bowl, add
100 gms Butter
and
1 cup Powder Sugar
, mix them using whisk until it becomes creamy. It took me around 10 Minutes.
Now add
1 cup Semolina
,
½ cup Maida/All purpose flour
,
½ cup Curd
, and
1 cup Milk
. Mix them thoroughly. Add
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
and mix it again.
Close the lid and keep it for resting for 30 minutes. Then open the lid and add
2 tsp Baking powder
, and
½ tsp Baking Soda
. Mix it again.
Now transfer the batter to cake mould. Put the mould in oven OTG for 1 hr at 180℃.
Check if the cake is completely baked. If baked, then remove the cake and make pieces of it. Rava cake is ready.
