Take a bowl and add 2 cup Gram Flour, ¼ cup Rice Flour, 2 tsp Carom Seeds, 2 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp Ginger Paste, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1 tbsp Oil. Mix it.
Now add small quantity of water and start mixing. Keep adding water until the dough gets a thick liquid consistency. Close with lid and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Masala
In a small bowl take 1 tbsp Chaat Masala and 1 tbsp Coriander Powder. Mix it and keep it aside.
Aloo Stuffing
In another bowl take 5 nos Boiled Potato and smash gently.
Now add 1 tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes, 1 hand Chopped Coriander Leaves, ½ cup Chopped Onion and mix it with hand. Stuffing is ready.
Now take 10 nos Large Green Chilli, clean and remove seeds inside it by making a cut on mirchi.
Filling the stuffing
Sprinkle the masala inside Mirchi and then fill it with Aloo Stuffing in each Mirchi.
Frying
Now add ½ tsp Baking Soda and 1 hand Chopped Coriander Leaves in the dough bowl. Mix it thoroughly.
Dip Stuffed Mirchi in the dough.
Heat oil in a steel kadhai and fry them in quantity you can in steel kadhai. Fry until it is crispy and brown colour.
Collect in a bowl. Sprinkle Masala on top. Stuffed Mirchi Bhajji is ready.
