Ingredients
- 2 cup Gram Flour
- ¼ cup Rice Flour
- 2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 5 nos Boiled Potato
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 hand Chopped Coriander Leaves
- ½ cup Chopped Onion
- 10 nos Large Green Chilli
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 hand Chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions
Dough
- Take a bowl and add 2 cup Gram Flour, ¼ cup Rice Flour, 2 tsp Carom Seeds, 2 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp Ginger Paste, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1 tbsp Oil. Mix it.
- Now add small quantity of water and start mixing. Keep adding water until the dough gets a thick liquid consistency. Close with lid and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Masala
- In a small bowl take 1 tbsp Chaat Masala and 1 tbsp Coriander Powder. Mix it and keep it aside.
Aloo Stuffing
- In another bowl take 5 nos Boiled Potato and smash gently.
- Now add 1 tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes, 1 hand Chopped Coriander Leaves, ½ cup Chopped Onion and mix it with hand. Stuffing is ready.
- Now take 10 nos Large Green Chilli, clean and remove seeds inside it by making a cut on mirchi.
Filling the stuffing
- Sprinkle the masala inside Mirchi and then fill it with Aloo Stuffing in each Mirchi.
Frying
- Now add ½ tsp Baking Soda and 1 hand Chopped Coriander Leaves in the dough bowl. Mix it thoroughly.
- Dip Stuffed Mirchi in the dough.
- Heat oil in a steel kadhai and fry them in quantity you can in steel kadhai. Fry until it is crispy and brown colour.
- Collect in a bowl. Sprinkle Masala on top. Stuffed Mirchi Bhajji is ready.
