Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3 cup Water
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • cup Grated Jaggery

Instructions
 

  • Take a nonstick pan and add 1 cup Wheat Flour. Start roasting it on low flame until it gets half cooked.
  • Side by side Add 3 cup Water in small vessel and heat on low flame until it gets a boil.
  • Now add ½ cup Ghee in the nonstick pan and mix it with Wheat flour. Keep stirring until it gets a brown colour.
  • Now add boiled water gently and carefully in smaller quantities. Add as per required consistency.
  • Now add 1 tsp Cardamom Powder and ⅓ cup Grated Jaggery. Mix it thoroughly for 2 minutes.
  • Close with lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Mix in-between.
  • Turn off the flame and remove the pan from the stove. Aate ka Halwa or Kada Prasad is ready.
