Til Gud chikki is a yummy Indian sweet made with melted jaggery and sesame seeds. The mixture is spread, cut into shapes, and left to cool until firm. It's crunchy, sweet, and perfect for snacking during winters and festivals!
Take a steel kadhai, roast 250 gms Sesame Seeds and 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds in it for 5 minutes while stirring. After it is roasted transfer to a plate and let it cool down.
Now add 250 gms Jaggery to the same steel kadhai and melt it on low flame. It took around 3 minutes for me. Now test the jaggery melted with the help of water in a small bowl. Put a drop and make it instant cool and check removing it if it sounds crunchy,
At this stage mix the roasted Sesame seeds and fennel seeds in it on a low flame. After they gets mixed completely turn off the flame.
Apply ghee to a surface or plate for greasiness and the pour the batter on it, make it thin layer using rolling pin and hands.
Give square shape after 1 minute using knife or cutter and then remove it in couple of minutes while it is hot.
