Now Put the upper stone again and tighten the bolts. Check that they are tight.
Now set the bowl on top for holding grains. Put a cloth piece at the outlet so that flour doesn't fly in air.
Now set the grinder setting to high, for high coarse powder. Switch on the machines and transfer the amount of wheat the bowl can hold and set the setting to fine powder or as per requirement.
Transfer the coarse powder again to the bowl.
Slowly grind all 5kgs wheat. At the end as soon as wheat gets grinded the sound gets changed, immediately set to coarse and then turn off.
Remove the cloth from the outlet and remove the flour as much as you can.
Remove the bolts and upper part of the machine and let it cool down.
Now remove the flour around and collect it. Clean it thoroughly using dry cloth and dry brush.
Put back the upper part of the machine and tighten the bolts. Store in its place. Wheat flour is ready.
