Ragi malai laddu is a tasty, healthy and nutritious. It can also be called as power laddu. Ragi is also known as finger millet and is easily available in the market. Making this is very easy and takes just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Ragi Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk Powder
  • 1 Cup Powder Sugar
  • 1 Cup Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Take Ragi powder in a pan and roast it for 5 minutes on a low flame. The aroma of Ragi powder comes when it gets roasted.
  • Transfer it to a bowl and add milk powder and powdered sugar while it is hot and mix them thoroughly.
  • Add Ghee in small quantities and to only that limit so that the laddus are being formed and form the laddus.
