Salad Raita

Salad Raita is a rich food as it contains raw vegetables with yoghurt. It tastes great along with chapati or rice. Kids also love eating this.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1 cup Chopped Carrot
- 1 cup Chopped Tomato
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- ⅓ cup Chopped Corriander Leaves
- 2 No.s Green Chilli Halved
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 cup Curd / Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 8-9 No.s Curry leaves
Instructions
- Take a bowl. Add Cucumber, Carrot, Tomato, Onion, Corriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Yoghurt. Mix them thoroughly.
- Take a small pan and heat oil. Add Mustard seeds, Cumin Seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the fry to the salad mixtures as shown in the video and mix them.
- Raita is ready to serve with Chapati or Rice.

Raita / Koshimbir can be preserved in refrigerator for two days.
