Ingredients
Sprouts Chaat
- 1½ cup Sprouted Moong Dal - 1 1/2cup
- 4 nos. Tomato
- 2 no. Cucumber
- 1 no. Onion
- 3 no. Carrot
- 9 pcs Dates
- 12 nos. Raisins
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 4 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1½ tsp Black Salt
Green Chutney
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 no. Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt / As per taste
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 5 pcs Ice Cubes and Water
Instructions
Sprouts Chaat
- Chop Salad 2 no. Cucumber, 4 nos. Tomato, 1 no. Onion into small pieces and grate 3 no. Carrot.
- Crush 1 tsp Black Pepper into fine powder
- Chop 9 pcs Dates into small pieces.
- Take a Bowl and add 1½ cup Sprouted Moong Dal - 1 1/2cup and all the chopped salad, grated carrot, chopped dates, black pepper and 12 nos. Raisins, 1 cup Coriander Leaves, 4 tsp Lemon Juice and 1½ tsp Black Salt and mix them well. Thus Sprouts Chaat is ready.
Green Chutney
- Take mixer jar and add 1 bunch Mint Leaves, 1 bunch Coriander leaves, 1 no. Green Chilli, 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, 1 inch Ginger, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Salt / As per taste, 2 tsp Lemon Juice, 5 pcs Ice Cubes and Water and mixer grind it to fine paste. Green Chutney is ready.
