Ingredients
  

  • 2 lt Full Cream Milk
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Bread Crumbs
  • 70 gms Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Almonds
  • 2 no Mango

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 lt Full Cream Milk in a Kadhai and let it boil on high flame, then turn the flame to medium and boil till it becomes half the quantity. Keep stirring so that nothing sticks at bottom.
  • Add 70 gms Sugar and 1 tsp Cardamom Powder. Mix them.
  • Now in a Small Bowl take ½ cup Milk and add 2 tsp Bread Crumbs. Mix them thoroughly. Then add to the boiling milk and mix them together for 10 mins on medium flame.
  • Add 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachio and 1 tbsp Chopped Almonds and mix them till perfect consistency for kulfi is achieved. Let it cool down to room temperature.
  • Take a 2 no Mango, remove the seed from one corner gently using knife. Place the mangoes vertically, can place on a glass for this and then fill it with the kulfi stuffing, close it with the same cut piece and deep freeze it for 7-8 hrs.
  • Remove the Iced mangoes, rest it for 5-10 minutes, peel the outer skin and cut the slices with knife. Stuffed Mango Kulfi is ready.
