Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Chopped Cucumber
  • ½ cup Chopped Onion
  • ½ cup Sweet Corn
  • ½ cup Chopped Capsicum
  • ½ cup Olives
  • ½ cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and Mix Cucumber, onion, Sweetcorn Capsicum, Olives, Tomatoes and Mayonnaise gently.
  • Take two slices of bread and remove corners.
  • Put one bread beside and add a layer of mixture on any one slice.
  • Add the other slice on the layer and cut into half diagnally for triangle shape.
  • Veg Mayo Sandwich is ready to serve.
