Veg Sandwich can be made delicious with Mayonnaise. This will make it tastier with vegetables and also kids will love it.
- ½ cup Chopped Cucumber
- ½ cup Chopped Onion
- ½ cup Sweet Corn
- ½ cup Chopped Capsicum
- ½ cup Olives
- ½ cup Chopped Tomatoes
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- Take a bowl and Mix Cucumber, onion, Sweetcorn Capsicum, Olives, Tomatoes and Mayonnaise gently.
- Take two slices of bread and remove corners.
- Put one bread beside and add a layer of mixture on any one slice.
- Add the other slice on the layer and cut into half diagnally for triangle shape.
- Veg Mayo Sandwich is ready to serve.
It can be served with tomato sauce.
