  • Bowl

  • 4 tbsp Basmati Rice
  • 1 ltr Full Cream Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder


  • Take 4 tbsp Basmati Rice, wash it thoroughly and soak it for 20mins.
  • Take 1 ltr Full Cream Milk in a vessel and put it on high flame to get a boil.
  • Transfer Soaked Basmati rice to the boiling milk. Stir and boil till milk quantity reduces to ¾.
  • Now add ½ cup Sugar and 1 tsp Cardamom Powder, mix them. Let it boil for 5 mins.
  • Turn off the flame and remove vessel from stove and let it cool down to room temperature.
  • Using a Mixer grinder make it to a fine paste like texture and freeze it for 2hrs.
  • Grind it again to a fine paste and transfer to a ice cream container and freeze it for 12 hrs. Basmati Rice Ice Cream is ready.



Garnish with some dry fruits like Almonds or pistachios before serving.
