  • 1 Chopper Board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 5 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • ½ cup Milk Cream
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 ltr Milk
  • 2 tbsp Custard Powder
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take 5 slices Bread and remove the brown corners using knife. Cut from centers diagonally so that the slices get a triangle shape.
  • Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp Ghee for roasting the bread slices for a minute each side and transfer to another plate.
  • Now in the same pan add ½ cup Milk Cream, 1 cup Milk Powder, and ½ tsp Cardamom Powder and mix it thoroughly on low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the flame. Mix it for more 2 minutes.
  • Apply the mixture on the bread slice as a thick layer and make sandwich. Repeat with all the slices.
  • Now take 1 ltr Milk in the same pan and keep for boiling. While boiling, take a small bowl with ½ cup Milk and 2 tbsp Custard Powder. Mix them thoroughly.
  • Add ¼ cup Sugar to the boiling milk and mix it for 2 minutes. Now lower the flame and add the custard milk. Stir on medium flame for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and let is cool until warm.
  • Now pour milk on bread sandwiches and let it cool in fridge for 2 hrs. Malai Bread mithai is ready.

Fresh is tasty but cooled one is much tastier. Garnishing with pistachio can be done.
